Alert Types
Alert Prioritization
Alerts are prioritized based on severity (critical, high, medium, low), age, and acknowledgment status. Critical alerts trigger notifications across multiple channels (email, Slack, dashboard) to ensure visibility.
Notification Channels (Demo Mode)
In demo mode, notifications are simulated across email, Slack, and dashboard channels. Delivery status updates automatically to demonstrate the notification lifecycle. In production, this would integrate with actual email and Slack APIs.
Automatic Evaluation
The system continuously evaluates dependencies, RAID items, and business metrics to detect issues. Click "Evaluate Alerts" to manually trigger evaluation and generate alerts based on current program data.
